My Reflection

While the Co-op Harlington High Street has a rich selection of products, the customer service experiences seem to vary significantly. My personal feelings lean towards optimism; every establishment has potential. If staff training and stock management are improved, this Co-op could rise to its former glory.

For those in the Harlington area, the Co-op Harlington High Street remains a convenient spot to pick up a variety of items, though it may be wise to manage expectations based on recent customer feedback. With dedication to improvement, this store could make a comeback as a local favorite.

WORST customer service ever. i presented them with a valid coupon and they started questioning my very existence and bombarded me with so much questions. they didn’t accept my coupon and raised the price to higher than it was meant to be. the woman called her manager and said “the coupon went through should i accept it”. disgusting racist people

This use to be be the most loveliest of convenience stores around. I’mNot sure what has happened but I’ve had many a bad experience in their over the last year which has led me to write this review. Not only are the ladies in the post office the most miserable, unhappy, slowest and abrupt ladies I’ve ever encountered in retail. The actual Co-op has lost any appeal it once had.You can’t get through the aisles easily for stock, empty packaging on trolleys and wet floors!!!. It’s actually becoming a health hazard. The shelf’s are so empty you can now see the dust/dirt on the shelves due to the lack of stock. And then Once you get to the till....you have to listen to ladies arguing with each other or watch in amazement as they process your purchase and transaction without any acknowledgement or interaction at all. Nothing!!! The exception here is a lady called Magdelana who anytime she is there when I am, makes me smile. The most loveliest of ladies always so nice no matter how long the que is .Thank you Magdelana, I only hope your lovely ways and traits rub off on your colleagues.

Used to be a good shop. Not now though the shelves are half empty and untidy. There is always a queue. Today I went in and waited at the till and there was no one there to serve me, another lady had to walk round the shop to find someone to serve us. The prices are high which I would not mind if the shop and service were good, but they are not. They seem to be short staffed

Not sure if her name is Magdalena, but she is more than , short haired, and looks from India, but from the bottom of my heart I really wanna say thanks to her. She helped me a lot during my stance in Harlington, helped me use and understand the currency and take advantage of all of the promotions you were offering by oct . If you get to read this, THANKS!!! Greetings from Costa Rica!!!
